Election-Watch.EU is happy to welcome two new colleagues who recently joined the team. Their expertise will directly support the successful implementation of our latest project, the Network for Engagement, Electoral Democracy and Standards in the EU (NEEDS EU).

Achilleas Stergiou joined as Administrative and Finance Officer and leads the financial oversight and operational compliance for the NEEDS EU project. Working under the EU’s Citizens, Equality, Rights and Values (CERV) framework, he ensures that all project activities align with robust financial standards and transparent procurement processes. His role is vital in synchronising our programmatic goals with sound administrative management to ensure the project’s smooth delivery across the 27 EU Member States.

Clarice Agostini joined as Communication Assistant and is responsible for the visibility and outreach of the NEEDS EU project. She manages our digital channels and coordinates the implementation of our communication strategy. Her work focuses on amplifying the project’s impact through strategic content creation and ensuring that our findings on electoral integrity and observation reach both professional stakeholders and the wider European public.

The launch of these new roles completes the dedicated NEEDS EU team, which also includes Armin Rabitsch, Tatyana Hilscher-Bogussevich, and Desislava Hristova. Discover all members of Election-Watch.EU on the dedicated page.
