Vienna, 23 April 2021: The coming Sunday will be decisive for Albania’s further path into the EU. The negotiations are not only determined by election day, but by the assessment of the overall process. Eight civil society organizations have been registered for election observation in Albania. The OSCE / ODIHR has also been observing the elections, and first impressions will be announced on Monday.
